How We Use Information
We use this information to provide, maintain, and protect Elseway, and to respond to support requests.
Sharing
Profiles and content are shown to other users according to the selected audience and Elseway’s visibility rules. We share data only as needed with service providers that support infrastructure, authentication, maps and routing, notifications and email, and diagnostics. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. We require these providers to protect user data to the same or an equivalent standard as described here.
Security and Retention
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to those who need it to operate Elseway. We retain your account and content until you delete them or your account. Limited moderation, security, or diagnostic records may be retained where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Your Choices and Deletion
You can manage app permissions in your device settings. You can permanently delete your account and associated data from Elseway’s mobile Settings. If you cannot access the app, request deletion through our Support page.
