Naruto’s bays and strait
Travel from central Naruto toward the bays around the Naruto Skyline and finish in Naruto Park. Pause at Shihomidai for the island-and-water panorama before continuing to the strait. Whirlpools depend on tidal conditions, so plan any viewing visit separately from the driving estimate.
