Izumo’s shrine and Hinomisaki coast
Start near Izumo Taisha, pause at Inasa Beach and follow the coast to Hinomisaki. Combine the shrine visit with a walk around the lighthouse and rocky headland. This is a compact coastal outing with plenty to see after parking, so leave more time than the drive alone suggests.
